| A: | The old adage "pay now or pay more later" says it all. Just like an automobile, ignoring routing preventative maintenance will cause you to spend more on major repairs or replacement in the future. Routine inspections and maintenance will increase the play equipment's longevity and, more importantly, ensure the safety of all its users as well as protect the manufacturer's warranty and liability insurance. |

| A: | • Using a licensed, trained and
unbiased third party to execute the playground maintenance and inspection
spreads your liability exposure.
• Alllows your maintenance staff to perform regular tasks. • Shows your commitment to safety through a proactive program provided by professionals who work with playground equipment and environments daily. |

| Q: | What are your qualifications? |
| A: | We are "Certified Playground Safety Inspectors", members of our team are nationally recognized with experience in the design, installation and inspection of playground equipment. |

| A: | • Initial Assessment is charged as
a flat fee per site (half of this fee will be credited to the "tune-up" costs).
• Tune-Up costs depend on size, type and condition of equipment. • Replacement costs of any major parts will be determined by the play equipment manufacturer. |

| Q: | Can we save money by not performing maintenance on our playgrounds? |
| A: | Maybe in the short term, however costly repairs and replacements will be in the future. Safety, compliance, warrant and liability insurance will also be compromised. |

| A? | We issue a report recommending corrective measures. With your permission, we close-off seriously dangerous areas. If you would like us to fix the problem, then we would provide you with a written quote at not additional cost. |
